- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
- Prices are listed in INR.
- Payment is required in advance for all services.
- No work begins until payment confirmation is received.
3. Service Delivery
- Timelines may vary depending on government processing and client responses.
- Government fees, penalty charges, and late filing fees are borne by the client.
- SetMyBizz is not responsible for delays caused by government systems.
4. Refund Policy
- Service fees are non-refundable once work has started.
- Government fees, filing fees, stamp duty, and third-party charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued only if no work has been initiated from our side.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
- Correct information
- Valid documents
- Timely responses
Failure to provide documents may delay or cancel services.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, templates, designs, and branding created by SetMyBizz remain our intellectual property unless otherwise mentioned.
7. Limitation of Liability
